EAAG aspires to nurture an informed grantmaking community in East Africa. We will achieve this through;

• Identifying, developing and implementing regional research agendas on the various patterns of local giving and resource mobilization.
• Developing and regularly showcasing case studies of various best practices for organized philanthropy in East Africa.
• Establishing effective information sharing and dissemination mechanisms
• Maintaining a vibrant website that shall be a platform for exchange of knowledge in philanthropy and a virtual series of learning.
